The commercial and residential review committees considered 68 submissions during the month of July. 65 were approved and 3 were either deferred or disapproved.
14 new homes were approved: 12 in La Villita, one in Cottonwood Valley and one in Windsor Ridge/Enclave. One 11-unit town home in La Villita was approved.
Submission fees for July totaled $8,430.00. Year-to-date fees total $55,600.00.
COVENANT ENFORCEMENT
111 enforcement actions have been resolved and 632 properties are being pursued. Two have been referred to legal counsel.
32 properties were inspected in conjunction with estoppel and resale certificate requests.
COMMON PROPERTY
Landscape enhancements in Rochelle Park at Rochelle and Hidalgo were completed as part of the 2005 capital improvement program.
A new park light was installed at Rosita Park.
Irrigation system installation and turf seeding were completed on Las Colinas Boulevard at Mac Arthur Boulevard as part of the 2005 capital improvement program.
Landscape enhancements were completed around the new bench at Flagpole Hill.
Installed two new pet pick up stations. One is at the entrance of Rosita Park and the other is in the Greenbelt behind Sonora Court.
ALARM MONITORING/PATROL
An additional alarm monitoring phone line was added to manage account growth.
For the month of July, dispatch processed 2,877 alarms. Patrol had 307 alarm responses. Of these, 238 were deemed as "false alarms".

Database maintenance included 18 ownership changes and 263 updates.
