ACTIVITY REPORT

June 2006

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL

The Architectural Control Committee considered a total of 130 submissions during the month. 105 of those were approved, while the remaining 25 were either deferred or disapproved.
The following two multi-family communities were approved in the La Villita area:

Lincoln Lakeside at La Villita, Phase II

The development will consist of 15 three-story apartment buildings with 331 units.

AMLI at La Villita, Phase II

This community will comprise of 288 units in 14 three-story buildings.

Thirteen new single family homes were approved in the following villages: Cottonwood Hills (1), Fox Glen (1) and La Villita (11).

One town home, comprised of three units, was approved in Fairway Vista.
Submission fees for the month totaled $8,960.00. Year-to-date, $57,835.00 has been collected.

COVENANT ENFORCEMENT

68 enforcement cases were resolved during the month. Currently 707 properties are being pursued and/or monitored. 20 of these properties have been referred to legal counsel, of which three are in litigation.
55 properties were inspected in conjunction with Estoppel and/or Resale Certificate requests.

COMMON PROPERTY

Completed the installation of irrigation controllers throughout the development.

Cycle two of the field mowing was completed.

2006 sidewalk repairs were completed.

ALARM MONITORING/PATROL

Security data changes were completed in conjunction with the Irving Fire Department’s adoption of the 2003 International Fire Code.

Dispatch processed 3,030 alarms and incidents. The department recorded 260 false alarm responses during the month.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Published and mailed hard copy newsletter.

Assisted team with efforts to encourage commercial and residential members to vote on Supplementary Declaration changes.

Updated web site.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Collected $4,514,973 (76%) of 2006 assessments as of June 30^th.

Completed 41 statements of account, eight Estoppel Certificates and 43 Resale Certificates through June 30^th.

Database maintenance included 57 property ownership changes and 161 updates.

Canvassing and vote tabulation of Supplementary Declarations took place through June 29^th.
