42 enforcement cases were resolved during the month. Currently 644 properties are being pursued and/or monitored. 31 of those properties have been referred to legal counsel, of which six are in litigation.
52 properties were inspected in conjunction with estoppel and resale certificate requests.
Staff will be completing a follow-up commercial night light review by March 15.
COMMON PROPERTY
- Two new central irrigation controllers and flow meters were installed on O’Connor Blvd. and Royal Lane.
- Irrigation zones were added in Old Rochelle and Rosita parks, while new groundcover beds were completed in both areas as well.
- 90% of major tree pruning throughout the parks and boulevards was completed.
ALARM MONITORING/PATROL
- Annual UL inspection and certification was conducted. The station received a 100% in compliance.
- Dispatch processed 2,402 alarms during the month. Patrol responded to 248 alarms, of which 158 were deemed "false alarms."
COMMUNITY RELATIONS
- Secured "Site 00" developer for presentations to various Association groups.
- Legislative initiatives:
- Producing Association profile for legislative representatives
- Scheduling appointments to meet with legislative representatives regarding Texas Uniform Planned Community Act
- Updating LCA welcome packets.
- Preparing for new property owners orientation.
