ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL

submissions were considered by the ACC, 46
were approved and 8 were
deferred or disapproved.
·
3 new town homes were approved in Fairway Vista
and one home was approved in University Hills.
·
$3,690 in submission fees was collected.
COVENANT ENFORCEMENT
·
95 issues have been
resolved, 700 properties are being pursued and four referred to legal counsel.
·
The development map is
being updated.
·
Follow-up of commercial
night lighting inspection will occur in February.
COMMON PROPERTY
·
Central irrigation
system was moved and reconfigured in new office space.
·
Crape Myrtle pruning was
completed in the north area.
·
Tree pruning in the Urban
Center was completed.
ALARM MONITORING/PATROL
·
Completed move of alarm
monitoring central station, including installation and set-up of a new dispatch
phone system, generator and updated stand-by power equipment.
·
Dispatch processed 3,048
alarms during January.
·
3,653 false alarms were
received during 2003 – 446 less than were received in 2002.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS
·
Las Colinas Marketing
Alliance (LCMA) met on January 14th. Assisting in development of web site and other collateral pieces
to promote the alliance and continue building prospective member list.
·
Local Option brochure completed. Initial mailings begin first week of
February. Web site and phone line have
been secured.
·
Parks Foundation held
its annual meeting on January 28th.
Gathering information to assist in the committee’s efforts to construct
a dog park and raise funds for Corky’s Cottage.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
·
Collected 98.78% of 2003
assessments through 1/30/04.
·
Annual financial audit
will begin on February 23rd.
·
Workers
Compensation audit takes place on February 2nd.
·
General
Liability and Automobile audit will begin on February 4th.
·
Completed 21 statements
of account, 2 estoppel certificates and 15 resale certificates through 1/31/04.
·
Database maintenance
included 21 property ownership changes and 270 updates.
